ABOUT ME
My own healing experiences have greatly informed the modalities I provide and my goal is to support you in this same way. My approach is unique in that I will offer a loving opportunity to challenge yourself, lean into your own intuition, and heal the wounds that have caused pain, both emotionally and physically. Others have described my presence as calm and centering while also down-to-earth and direct.
EXPERIENCE
I have been in the field for over 13 years bringing a wide range of professional and personal experience. I have training in a number of treatment modalities including Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy
(ego states/ parts work), Somatic Psychotherapy using elements of Polyvagal Theory, Bioenergetics, Breathwork and Thought Work (derived from CBT). I am passionate about using tools that integrate the mind and body with a top-down and bottom-up approach.
